Two people.Two guides.One shared space.
Each of you talks to an AI guide of your own. Between you sits a shared space. Nothing crosses into it without your word, word for word.
Nothing crosses automatically
Your sessions stay yours. Theirs stay theirs. The only things in the middle are the things one of you chose, sentence by sentence, to put there.
Yours
Theirs
Ours
Your sessions, your notes: read by your guide alone.
Theirs the same, and just as closed to you.
In the middle, only what one of you chose to send.
You see it before it goes
Every share opens the exact words that will cross. Trim the ends if you like, but nothing gets rewritten in your name.
You can pull it back
Anything you shared can leave the shared space. They’re told it was withdrawn, never shown the words again.
Your AI is yours
It reads the shared space to coach you, never to report on you. Third-party names get flagged before they travel.
You talk. It listens. Nothing leaves the room.
Dyad is voice-first: you speak the way you’d speak to a person, and the session is yours to keep.
Speak
Forty minutes, voice-first, with a guide tuned to how you like hard things said: straight, or eased in gently.
Mark what matters
As themes close, they surface as topics beside you. One tap sets one aside. No decisions made in the heat of it.
Decide after
At the end, you review what you set aside: as you said it, as a softer summary, now, or after you’ve slept on it.
Your words are never readable at rest
Session transcripts are encrypted at rest today. Rolling out through the alpha: keys derived from your own passphrase, so we can’t read them, and neither can anyone who asks us to.
- Encrypted transcripts, moving to per-person passphrase keys
- Nothing sold, nothing trained on, no ads, ever
- Export everything as plain markdown, or delete it whole
- A plain-language ledger of every share, withdrawal and view

Your own guide, your own vault, and one shared space between you. Pause any time; your notes stay yours.
Either of you can pay for both.
The ones people actually ask
Anything else? Write to us. A person answers.
Is this therapy?
No. Dyad is a structured reflection and communication practice. It is not therapy and not a substitute for a licensed clinician. Many people use it alongside one.
Can my partner see my sessions?
Never. Not a summary, not a sentiment score, not a count of how often you mentioned them. Only the passages you deliberately send, in the form you chose to send them.
Do we have to use it at the same time?
No. Dyad is asynchronous on purpose. You share when you’re ready; they meet it when they’re ready. A thread can also rest. Parking something is a real, dignified option.
What if we stop being a couple?
Unpairing closes the shared space for both of you. Each of you keeps your own vault, exports it if you want, and the shared material is deleted rather than divided.
Do I need an invite?
For now, yes: we’re onboarding a few couples at a time so we can talk to all of them. Leave your email below and we’ll write when there’s room.
Come in when there’s room
We’re taking a few couples at a time. Leave an email and we’ll write when the next round opens: one message, no drip.
